Ms. Mhaiskar is admitted to the practice law in Federal Courts in the United States. Ms. Mhaiskar was awarded an LL.M., Masters of Comparative and International Law degree from SMU (Southern Methodist University), Dallas, Texas in the United States ranking top of the class. She earned her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Mumbai receiving highest GPA in criminology and holds a Bachelor of Political Science degree from the University of Mumbai, India graduating top of the school.
Attorney Dipti Mhaiskar has been litigating complex cases in the area of Immigration Law including Deportation and Removal. She began her career volunteering at a non-profit organization and helping indigent and low-income people gain their Immigration rights and benefits. Ms. Mhaiskar is the member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association), ABA (American Bar Association), NYSBA (New York State Bar Association) and DAYL (Dallas Association of Young Lawyers).
