• Handle a range of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, PERM labor certification, I-140 petitions, L-1, O-1, TN, and E visas, and Adjustment of Status applications.
• Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Advise and communicate with corporate clients, employers, and foreign national employees regarding immigration processes, requirements, and case progress.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable immigration laws, USCIS regulations, and U.S. Department of Labor requirements.
• Independently manage case files, track deadlines, and oversee matters from preparation through adjudication.
• Monitor changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies relevant to employment-based immigration.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Minimum of three years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
• Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with immigration case management software preferred.
