A Reputation of Excellence Our Success

"...Highly recommended and great law firm."
I just want to take a moment and personally thanks Kavitha & Akula Law Firm for helping me out and getting through my complicated I140 case. It was a impossible case which Kavitha made it possible. As usual Kavitha's expertise has been phenomenal. I am very grateful to her. Because of her experience and professionalism in filing the I-485 it didn't even trigger an RFE or an interview request, it was a direct approval. And having Ambreen and other expert counsel members are really great to work with. They are prompt and very helpful. Ambreen, is so wonderful and have dealt so patiently and promptly with me during my I485 and the efforts she have put towards my application was at par. I was fortunate to work with Ambreen during this filing period. Highly recommended and great law firm.

"I truly say sincere THANKS for their great service."
My journey started with Akula & Associates exactly 10 months ago. Came to know about them through a friend, casually called, impressed with their profile and signed up contract for services. Last 10 months we filed several cases and each case they treat like a completely new customer and examine each document thoroughly, advise and make us on top of the things. I truly say sincere THANKS for their great service. I truly love their staff. My paralegal Yezenia is awesome, attorney Toki is wonderful. Yet to work more with GC team, Shirin and Christie, great work experience so far. Last but not least Attorney Kavitha is Great!!! I hope I get the same level of service for me and employees for coming years!!! Good luck to Akula & Associates !!

"I am consistently impressed by Ms. Akula’s knowledge"
I recommend Akula & Associates, P.C. to information technology companies needing diligent immigration services. Whether it be an Department of Labor investigation, ICE investigation or a site visit from USCIS they have always come through with excellent representation for our company. Unlike other immigration law firm merely doing visa processing, Akula & Associates offer many other services to IT companies such as debt collection, litigation, patents and trademark fillings. I am consistently impressed by Ms. Akula’s knowledge of immigration law and her prompt follow through.
