USCIS Will Only Accept New Editions of Forms I-485, I-129, I-539, I-864, I-864EZ, and I-944 if Postmarked on or After October 15

USCIS published the new editions of Forms I-485 , I-129 , I-539/I-539A , I-864 , I-864EZ , and I-944 .

USCIS updated its website to state:

USCIS will accept the current edition of this form if it is postmarked on or before Oct. 14 .

USCIS will not accept it if it is postmarked on or after Oct. 15, 2019 .

A dated receipt from the courier service used (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) is equivalent to a U.S. Postal Service postmark.

• On or after Oct. 15, 2019, USCIS will accept only the 10/15/19 edition.
