USCIS confirmed using "Dates for Filing Chart" in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for March 2024 for family-based adjustment of status applications, and "Final Action Dates Chart" for employment-basedadjustment of status applications.
Priority Dates for family-based applications remain the same as this time. There is no movement.
Priority Dates ("PD") for employment-based applications, however, mostly are experiencing retrogression. EB-1 Category for all chargeability areas except China, India, Mexico, and the Philippines stand out and remain current.
