Monique Ndaya Mutombo is an Attorney at Akula & Associates, P.C. Her practice focuses on all aspects of immigration law: from family -based immigration to employment-based, with every aspect that involves the fight for human rights and litigation as it affects the practice of immigration law in the United States.
Holder of the degrees of Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in International and Comparative law from SMU Dedman School of Law, Monique has interned for the Honorable Judge Sam A. Lindsay at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. During her legal studies, she worked with the Small Business and Trademark clinic, specializing in small business and non-profit organization law. She has done a fellowship in Immigration and federal litigation and has interned and volunteered for different organizations specializing in Immigration law and litigation in the Dallas area. She brings to Akula & Associates her passion for immigrants’ rights and justice and fairness in allowing every human being access to the American Dream.
Monique is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
