As technology develops, we continue to improve
our systems. Our state of the art global network connects our locations;
Blackberries, secure VPN connections, dial-up and Internet access
keep our lawyers connected even when they are out of the office. |

Technology Infrastructure
We invest in robust networks and best-in-class servers, desktops
and laptops in order to ensure reliability and redundancy.
We are able to share information with colleagues and clients
around the globe by phone and laptop. Attorneys receive electronic
fax deliveries. We access our systems remotely and can work
anywhere with Wi-Fi access. The virtualization of key systems,
combined with the use of Akula & Associates networks,
provide reliable, redundant and consistent technology throughout
our locations and around the globe.
Our offices are connected by internal conference bridges.
Using video conferencing we are able to reduce travel time
by conducting multi-party videoconference meetings, witness
and expert interviews, depositions and case management.

Client Access
We provide secure extranet links between the firm and clients
to facilitate the exchange of information in real time.
Extranets for Data Sharing with Clients: Our secure,
simple to use, browser-based file sharing systems provide
a reliable platform for sharing files or transferring data.
Client Specific Extranets: Many corporate
clients look to us to manage their immigration, trademark
and patent inventories. We do so using cloud technology
applications. These browser based cloud applications provide
our clients with secure access to a wide variety of information
specific to their needs, including reference material, work
product and status updates.

Litigation Tools
EDiscovery: eDiscovery related litigation
support technology has been one of the hottest growth areas
in the legal arena. This has been in response to growth in
the size of electronic document collections at play in modern
litigation. We address this through strategic partnerships
with service providers, which allow us to respond to cases
of any size or complexity.
Litigation Technology Tools: Our litigators
and staff are trained in the use of an array of litigation
management tools, designed to provide reliable analysis
and presentation of case data and graphics
