Overview

Prior to joining Akula & Associates, P.C., Mr. Akula has served as president of the software development and IT consulting firm he founded, Anthem Technologies Inc (ATI).

The company specialized in designing, testing and implementing E-business, enterprise architectures, knowledge management, software engineering, expert systems, and DBMS to improve business operations.

Before he founded ATI, Mr. Akula worked in various leadership positions relating to software development, technology and management consulting.

He has extensive experience as an Entrepreneur, Business Manager and Consultant working both nationally and internationally with some of the world’s leading companies and financial institutions, including Bell Labs, AT&T, Lucent, and Smith Barney.

Mr. Akula has consulted for Akula & Associates, P.C. on various major projects and business initiatives including but not limited to help organize and clarify software invention definitions and patent specifications to enhance their effectiveness.

Raj Akula works very closely with the Legal team to research current information responding to questions and concerns posed by the clients in a meaningful way.
